Carlos was an amazing salesman! He took into account the fact that I have had a nightmare experience at a previous dealership and he tried to make the process of leasing as painless for me as possible. He explained everything very clearly, was very personable, and he helped me to get more discounts so that I could afford the car that I wanted. He got me approved for my very first lease and he was never pushy at any point, which is one thing I really worried about when going to a dealership. He even checked up on me a day later to make sure that I was happy with the car and that everything was running the way I expected. I definitely hope to work with him in the future! More
