I had an appointment at ten am, and he was on time and ready for me. No rush, no pressure, knowledgeable, and very patient with me. I didn’t get that “ weird sales man” vibe either. I was given many options in my price range to choose from which allowed me to eliminate one by one. Thank you Fred and Jo. This was a big deal for me after my last experience elsewhere.
