I was put on hold for ten minutes, then was told to called back in fifteen. Owning a business myself, I would never tell a customer to call back in fifteen minutes. I will say the service writers are very nice, and Mike Bessone is a great shuttle driver. Ask him about Formula 1, He is very knowledgeable. I have also worked with the parts department, and they too were very knowledgeable and friendly. More

Mike Bessone was friendly shuttle driver. Trevor was also helpful. Disappointed with service report and completion of work. Tires not rotated and inspection incomplete.
