Recall fixing I received a post card regarding dangerous air bags recall. I had no problem making an appointment on next day. When I arrived, I did not have to wa I received a post card regarding dangerous air bags recall. I had no problem making an appointment on next day. When I arrived, I did not have to wait. Ed explained to me that they have parts for passenger's side but the parts for driver's side will not come in until new year. I joked stating that he just sentenced me to death (the post card stated the unfixed air bag may cause serious injury or death. Ed and Pedro who was listening chuckled--they did not get offended. Ed told me how long I should expect for the service and the service ended a little earlier including car wash which I did not ask for it (that was nice). The cashier was present. As I was walking out with the free popcorn, I bumped myself (totally my fault) and scattered the popcorn on the floor. Pedro happened to be there and he comforted me and quickly grabbed bloom and cleaned up with smile. What I like beside the good service is the customer services that make me feel at home. Thanks.
