Thanks to the whole team at Nissan of Streetsboro. update: I am a soldier in the US Army. during the sales process, I advised them I would be leaving the state for a few months TDY. I took my shiny new truck. the titling department reached out after I arrived at my duty assignment. I need to return to Ohio to get an E-check completed. I advised Chris I could not go more than 250 miles. I'm 600+ away. I asked him for a solution. he said he would refund me. I said that was not a solution for me as the requirement to return would remain. he said that's the only option. so it was up to me to find a solution. no worries. I applied for an e-check extension as I was on orders and out of state. I advised Chris all we had to do was wait to get that and he could do his job. Chris however did not want to do his job. he refunded the money anyway. I have tried to talk to someone at the dealership for help. as I'm now stuck with expired temp tags and registration. however, the manager guarded. if you ask for a manager you get finance. if you call back you get customer service. you will never talk to anyone. I am now far from home and financially and legally compromised without the ability to fix it without driving home and sacrificing a 17-year career. no, I'm not being dramatic. a negative 1059 will do that. do not let them fool you into thinking they are military-friendly. do not let them fool you that they are there to help you at all. after the sale regardless of circumstance they will not help. if you find a solution. they will not help. if you tell them you have to go out of state, they won't advise you during the process, you will need an e-check so you can choose during the buying process to maybe hold off. Not everyone has a situation like mine. and for some a good sales experience is well enough and they did that. However, following through with titling is important, and continued customer service through that process is important as well. That is where they fail. That is where they left me financially, and legally compromised. More

Mitch was awesome! We loved the truck we test drove, sat down to get the numbers for our trade and negotiate the price of the truck we test drove. Finance manager came back with numbers and we wanted a little more for our trade. We told Mitch and the finance manager we wanted to think about it over night. Mitch came out to the parking lot as we were leaving and gave us a number we were good with and we told him we still wanted to think about it and we would get in touch with him in the morning. My husband sent Mitch a text the next morning and asked if those numbers were still good they agreed upon and he said yes the finance manager said it’s a go. My husband told them we were pre approved through our credit union and to send the paper work over, gave them all all the info they needed to submit them. The finance manager called my husband and said it was a no go if we did not finance through them the deal was off. How do you agree the night before and that morning and then say it’s a NO GO because we did not finance through them. He never once mentioned the agreement was conditional it only became conditional after we had both agreed and then he found out I was pre approved elsewhere, so if you are preapproved with a low interest rate don’t shop there because they will only take your business if you finance thru them with a higher interest rate. You dont agree on something then go back on your word once you find out the cards are not in your favor. It’s ok next day I made a deal at another dealership basically same exact truck same exact price and same exact terms with no problems. More

Worst experience I’ve ever had buying a truck! Had to talk to 3 salesman’s to finally make a deal on a truck. Ran my credit 7 times just to credit jump my payment. Tried to make me pay an insane a Had to talk to 3 salesman’s to finally make a deal on a truck. Ran my credit 7 times just to credit jump my payment. Tried to make me pay an insane amount interest & made them check again to magically get a rate half of that. No one knows any info on the vehicles they have. Then to top it off they sold the truck out from under me that I just made a agreement with the manger to pick up the next day. If they could have 0 stars that would be my recommendation. More
