He did not want to work with us on a decent interest rate with a very good credit score. Seems like when we declined the warranties he changed everything. When we advised that we would be refinancing because we can get a better rate 3.25% lower than he could, he changed the bank he originally told us that did not charge fees to a bank that will and gave a bogus reason why he had to do this. More

I purchased a 2022 Ford F150 from this dealership . Upon getting it home I discovered the jack kit behind the rear seat is missing. Someone physically removed it. Not only did we wait for 45 minutes while they searched, with no success, but the dealership said someone would be in contact and bring the vehicle to us on Monday. Never heard from a single person.
