I selected 'drop off and wait' when I scheduled online. Your advisor said I didn't. Not a huge deal, but frustrating to be second-guessed. After the service, my truck sat outside done for about 45 minutes. No one told me. I only found out because I saw it myself and asked. The front desk said they never got a completion slip from the shop — so that's a process issue, not their fault. But it meant I was waiting for nothing. The email status update was delayed too, so that didn't help. The real problem - I put 'NO CAR WASH' in writing on every schedule. I have electronics in my bed camper that water can damage. You've washed my truck anyway, multiple times now. I'm telling you this because you asked, and because I'd like to keep bringing my truck to you. Just need three things: follow the no-wash note, make sure the front desk gets notified when a vehicle is done, and trust the customer when they say what they selected. More
