I will never go to this place again at first i was talking to sergio and his manager it took so long i been their for 2 hrs and had to leave for a appt then i come back and says give me 5 min well that turned into 30 more min so i left then they call me and tell me everything is done so i get their and it wasnt they tried to put me in a 27000 dollar car with pymts close to 650 700 i told thsn that was above my budget i wanted something less and i told them what i saw and wanted he told me it wasnt availuable to me then he asked about down pymt how will u pay card or cash he took my card and my keys said he be rite back but went to get another 27000 car wanted 4000 down i told him i didnt have it so he told me to let my current car get repossed and use that money for down pymt i never heard a dealer say that he was agressively pushey kept trying to talk me into buyinv a car i couldnt afford and refused to sell me the car i wanted he said it had to many miles but only 3 miles above what he could finance so i left and will not go back their again

Was immediately greeted by a salesperson. I was asked what they could help me with. I explained what I was looking for and was shown several options. I narrowed it down to two vehicles. We drove both vehicles, no hassles. I asked for terms on both vehicles, which was very quickly done with the terms I requested. I made my decision. The transaction was handled seamlessly. They delivered the vehicle to my home the next day.

Terrible customer service from the Sales Manager, Diego. Did not offer a solution or any help. Since this dealership was bought, anything purchased with the old owners is not his issue!!! Once my lease is up, I will no longer purchase from this dealership again!
