I had a wonderful experience with Thomas Sanchez and Fidel Palacios! Both were courteous, professional, warm and friendly. I’ve purchased my 3 previous cars over the phone & was hesitant to go to the de Fidel Palacios! Both were courteous, professional, warm and friendly. I’ve purchased my 3 previous cars over the phone & was hesitant to go to the dealership; Thomas promised me that my experience would be no pressure and transparent. He definitely delivered.
