Since my last post here, I visited Oxnard to see if they would pay for the damages that they caused and found by Brian! We settled on their offer to pay for the damaged front strut their worker carelessly damaged. I was ready to hit the small claims procedures when they offered to pay for the part, approximately $300.00. Again, Brian and his dealership saved us continued agony over my beautiful 2020 Rogue SL. I had a wonderful buying experience at Nissan of Thousand Oaks. I'd been searching for a Nissan Ariya for a few months and after trying to negotiate with a few dealers remotely, every single one of them told Oaks. I'd been searching for a Nissan Ariya for a few months and after trying to negotiate with a few dealers remotely, every single one of them told me to come in. The usual game of making you sit there for hours with the paper with 4 little squares. Not Nissan of Thousand Oaks. I noticed on Nissan USA's website it said 'start deal online' and so I reached out to them regarding one of their used Nissan Ariya's. They made the whole process very easy, I was able to negotiate easily online super easily, got a fair price. They even made the process easy and sent me a full video tour of the Ariya on their lot and took closer pics on a few spots that I requested They were SUPER flexible with getting the paperwork signed and the sales person I was working with (Kevin) personally delivered the Ariya to my house the next day! I've never bought a car sight unseen but the dealership made the process very simple and trustworthy. Huge shout out to salesperson I was working with Carlos Mancia and Kevin Garcia for delivering the car to me all the way in Valencia. Also huge shout out to Mirna Esquivel from the F&I department, she made the paperwork signing super easy and was flexible enough to answer all my questions after hours despite me having a thousand questions and shout out to Bob Bailey for putting together a great deal on a nice car!
