We originally stopped by after visiting a nearby dealership. When we arrived Mazie greeted us with a warm smile and friendly attitude. We were immediately disarmed of any apprehension and anxiety dealership. When we arrived Mazie greeted us with a warm smile and friendly attitude. We were immediately disarmed of any apprehension and anxiety that stems from buying a new vehicle. We found a vehicle that we liked but were not prepared at that moment to move forward (we were still in the process of selling our vehicle through a private transaction). One week later we were ready and remembered how sincerely helpful Mazie was at Thousand Oaks Nissan so we did not hesitate to make the more than 30 minute drive back even though there are at least five closer Nissan dealers that I can think of off hand. We truly appreciate her efforts and warm heart. More

Our answer "under 5-mph and with our travel trailer". Julie said bring the rig down and we will find it, they found the problem the same day.
