Although I would not buy from this dealership again, as long as I can deal directly with Julie Spickerman I will continue to maintain my vehicle at this service department. Essentially I was lied to and hassled when I asked for the things they promised to actually be done. Julie seems to care about her customers and goes that extra mile. I believe when she tells me something needs to be done that it does need to be done, and that it costs what she says it costs, and is she says it isn't isn't convered under the warranty that she actually checked and made sure that it wasn't. She (and the fact that it is conveniently close to my office)is the only reason I have any contact with this dealership. More
Julie always takes great care of my truck. She is very responsive to my questions via e-mail and phone regarding regular maintenance issues as well as emargencies. I purchased my car from this dealer and had a really great experience with purchasing it, it was smooth, and easy.. Normally I do not take may cars to the dealers for maintenence as I always feel the great experience with purchasing it, it was smooth, and easy.. Normally I do not take may cars to the dealers for maintenence as I always feel they charge too much, but this car had the newer transmission style, so I decided to take it here to be sure it was getting correctly maintained. I have had no issues with my experiences there. I am able to email to make appoinments, and Julie has been fantastic. She always goes the extra mile to make sure I am getting everything I need, and helps make sure my car is getting taken care of and ready when promised. I woudl highly reccommed this dealer to anyone looking for a new car, or just looking to get service on the one they already have. More
I love Julie in the service department. I tell her what my car is doing or a sound it's making and she already knows what is wrong with my car before it even gets to the service department. Julie Spickerman has been my Service Mgr for about 10 years. She's thorough, returns my e-mails in a timely fashion and very accurate when providing price quotes on my repairs. She knows I'm a single parent so when I have more than one thing that needs repair, she helps me prioritize those repairs based on safety. She is terrific and knows her stuff! This is the first dealership I've regularly taken my car to for service (didn't foist the chore off on my husband.) It's due to Julie in Service. In one instance, the computer in my car blew while I was out of town, and Julie really went the extra mile to assist in getting the car up and working so I could get it back to town and then provided a loaner until the situation was resolved. If more dealerships had people like Julie working there, women wouldn't put off getting their cars serviced. This alone keeps me in a Nissan. More
My mom and I both own Nissan's and always take our vehicles into the Thousand Oaks location for service (even though there is a closer Nissan dealership to where I live). The reason for this is the SUPERIOR service that we receive from John Murth. He is always extremely knowledgeable, courteous and friendly and he makes sure that our vehicles are taken care of properly. Even though he is always busy, he makes sure to take the time to help us and answer any of our questions. It is a pleasure to do business with him and the rest of the staff at Thousand Oaks Nissan! More
