My mom and I both own Nissan's and always take our vehicles into the Thousand Oaks location for service (even though there is a closer Nissan dealership to where I live). The entire service department is extremely capable, especially Julie Spickerman, the assistant service manager. Julie cuts out the B.S. and will help you identify what you actually need and tell you what you don’t need or what you can wait to do later. Julie earned my trust when she showed me greasy broken parts in her office so I could see the problem first hand. At many dealers the service advisor seems like they have never touched a car, but everyone at T.O. Nissan knows a lot about cars and aren’t afraid to get out in the shop and get you the full story from the mechanics. You always get a full report from the service advisor after they inspect your car instead of just dumping you at the cashier without any feedback, like some dealers do. This dealer wants your repeat business and isn’t interested in milking your wallet dry every time you come in. They regularly go above and beyond and even make an effort to get to know their customers personally. I have been extremely happy with Thousand Oaks Nissan and highly recommend them for service. More
