Very disappointed in the service and communication at Nissan Torrance and in Nissan. A 2016 Murano with only 51,000 miles should not die on the freeway (life threatening!) due to transmission failure whi Nissan Torrance and in Nissan. A 2016 Murano with only 51,000 miles should not die on the freeway (life threatening!) due to transmission failure which took 3 weeks to repair. I was told the car could be fixed in a day, but the story kept changing and it took 3 to be repaired. I wasn’t offered a loaner until after going 2 weeks without a car! My warranty didn’t cover the repair due to time, not mileage. The goodwill offer to cover half helped but didn’t cover the anguish of paying 3200 and having no transportation. More
