At first I was told that Nissan wasn’t going to take care of my problem. After returning home, Chris Figueredo gave me a call, said to bring the car back, that Nissan would repair my car’s transmission/tail of my problem. Staff was great but management needs to hire/train more mechanics to shorten wait time. Oil change should NOT take 2+hours. Done it myself for years, know what I'm talking about.
