My experience at Nissan of Torrance was refreshing and pleasant. David Campos was assisting me and he maintained contact with me throughout the entire process of my var being serviced. He made me feel welcomed and that allowed me to be comfortable and transparent with him. He was very honest which is a nice change for a dealership. Each time I go it's a 2-3 hour wait. Last visit on 10/14 was an 8 hour wait. Horrible experience. I was offered a Lyft, it never came.
