Poor service. No info given for how long oil change would be (2 hrs, btw). When the oil change was done, I had to wait an additional 30 minutes bc they failed to tell me my car was being washed, which was no be (2 hrs, btw). Arrived at the dealership for my scheduled oil change appointment. I was advised to leave the keys in the car, sit in the waiting room and someone will come over to assist me. I sat patiently for 1.5hrs, appointment. I was advised to leave the keys in the car, sit in the waiting room and someone will come over to assist me. I sat patiently for 1.5hrs, within that time, the manager even checked to see how was I doing. I told him I’ve been waiting sometime for my scheduled appointment and he never addressed if I could be taken care of by his service department. In fact, he sounded a bit unfamiliar with the service procedure. The only people that wanted to “help” were the salesman, but they all just wanted to confirm whether I would be interested in a new car. It was an overall horrible customer service experience. More
