I did speak with Jimmy regarding your experience, and he did state that he mentioned your engine light could have came on due to your air box being broken as it was broken upon your arrival to our facility. Hello Vince, I did speak with David our service Manager and he did explain that Nissan (manufacture) declined the claim as you couldn't provide the documentation being requested. We are surprised and very disappointed that you would write this review after David explained to you what caused for the warranty to be declined, not only that but we also waived the diagnostic fee of $273.
