Honestly, Torrance Nissan was exceptional in their service and support; a couple of note worthy things; one of the mechanics kindly and patiently guided me to Capri (it was my 1st time at the dealership and I had NO CLUE where to go lol$ when I first arrived for my appointment and ensured that I was supported, they are transparent in their delivery of your vehicle’s need - sending a video detailing what’s going well with it and what’s in need of service, and they WASHED my car (I’ve been a Nissan customer for over 8 years and several years ago the Nissan dealerships I would go to stopped washing my car so that was a pleasant surprise!! 100% I have found my new dealership for vehicle maintenance and service and will definitely be back!
