He just did what he had to do. He's ok better than the rest but they're all dismissive. I also texted marcell but didn't get a reply; I get it though he must've clocked out by then, but someone should've reached out. I had to pick it up the next day due to this lack of communication which made it very inconvenient. I also remember that service closed at 7 not at 6 which this should've been told to me since I was doing a late drop off. I rate it average, but honestly it should've been poor but I give it a pass just because Marcell has helped me before and has been good. Young kid that still lacks experience aim sure he will get better, but they're rest are poor and dismissive associates who need better training. More
