They do not return phones calls or follow up with you on the stats of your car. Had to call several times. I’m really disappointed with Nissan of Torrance this time. I stated to him a price that I got quote on a recommended service and he goes and tell me that must be another dealership. Since I purchased my Nissan my car was never been to any other Nissan service center. I have followed them from Power of Nissan to when they shared space with Infinite on PCH to when they move to Nissan of Torrance. Every recall to oil changes they have done. Also I purchased a battery this go around and was not told if my last battery warranty was good. I can go on and on. Plus where is my list of recommendations. Never received one.
