When I brought my car into the dealership on 5/16 for a scheduled appointment, the service advisor, Chris, was nice but I was shocked to realize when my car was ready, approximately 3 hours later, that the scheduled appointment, the service advisor, Chris, was nice but I was shocked to realize when my car was ready, approximately 3 hours later, that the left and right front break pads ‘required immediate attention’ on the multi-point inspection sheet. However, no one told me about this issue until I was informed that the service for my car was completed. I was honestly shocked about this situation because now I’ll have to schedule an additional appointment since I was unable to stay longer on 5/16. This is a total, unnecessary inconvenience. On a different note, I sat in the dealership lobby for the duration of my appointment where I watched tv. At one point the music throughout the dealership came on but it was so loud that I was unable to hear the tv. For this reason, I told a female service employee who sat behind the tv about the situation and I asked her if someone could turn the the music volume down. However, the woman looked at me with a blank expression, said the volume for the music couldn’t be turned down but maybe the tv volume could be turned up (yet she never asked me if that’s what I preferred) and she then immediately turned back to her computer and began typing. Very rude and unprofessional behavior. I’m considering whether I want to return for services at this dealership in the future. More
