Arrived at the dealership for my scheduled oil change appointment. I was advised to leave the keys in the car, sit in the waiting room and someone will come over to assist me. I told him I’ve been waiting sometime for my scheduled appointment and he never addressed if I could be taken care of by his service department. In fact, he sounded a bit unfamiliar with the service procedure. The only people that wanted to “help” were the salesman, but they all just wanted to confirm whether I would be interested in a new car. It was an overall horrible customer service experience. More

Poor service. No info given for how long oil change would be (2 hrs, btw). When the oil change was done, I had to wait an additional 30 minutes bc they failed to tell me my car was being washed, which was no be (2 hrs, btw). The service representative, Mia at Torrance Nissan, was very nice. She kept me abreast of the status of my vehicle. The car rental amount, or the majority of it, was taken off. The estimate I was originally given was almost $200 less than the actual final amount. The estimate should be more than $50-60 higher than the estimate. This is something that needs more attention with your service reps making estimates. All else was satisfactory. More
