The service representative, Mia at Torrance Nissan, was very nice. She kept me abreast of the status of my vehicle. Unfortunately, I was going to be charged for the car rental and I made it clear that I very nice. She kept me abreast of the status of my vehicle. Unfortunately, I was going to be charged for the car rental and I made it clear that I was not informed of this cost and that the car rental was solely due to car needing service that took a week to complete. The car rental amount, or the majority of it, was taken off. The estimate I was originally given was almost $200 less than the actual final amount. The estimate should be more than $50-60 higher than the estimate. This is something that needs more attention with your service reps making estimates. All else was satisfactory. More

Brought in our car for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Mechanic left oil pan plug loose, which caused car to leak oil in our new driveway. Plug was only finger tight, didn't even feel like a wre rotation. Mechanic left oil pan plug loose, which caused car to leak oil in our new driveway.
