Hello Marisela, we are truly disappointed to be reading this review, as there were 2 things you brought to our attention the refill of your windshield wiper fluid and the key fob recall. The windshield wiper fluid isn't something we charge our customers for nor is a recall, yet you were refunded over 1K although the rest of the work was completed and approved by you, and we only did this to appease you. We tried reaching out to you multiple times so that we can have our technician inspect the vehicle with you; however, you refused since you stated you couldn't trust us. Just like in any industry, we can make mistakes, but it is how you go about trying to make it right, and we did more than enough by refunding you your full paid amount for work that was approved and signed by you. I brought my 2016 Sentra in with a transmission problem (those crappy CVT designs). They replaced the transmission in a couple of days and Alisa was great. The car runs smooth now so all is good. Nice work More

My experience with Nissan of Torrance was amazing. The facility was clean. The employees were helpful and nice. Everyone I would walk by would tell me hello. Jimmy was my service advisor and he was polite and responsive to my concern with my Armada. He always kept me updated with the status of my vehicle. He also arranged for transportation to and from my house. Overall I would recommend this dealership over any other in the surrounding area.
