We completely understand that your Mom is on a fixed income; however, Jimmy did provide a complimentary tire rotation, and provided a 39.99 Synthetic oil change which is usually a mid-week special. He also applied an additional $10 off. We do our best to offer competitive pricing and apply discounts if possible. We are sorry that we did not meet your expectations. Most businesses would not apply discounts unless they have a special going on or give complimentary services. The email was received; however, we didn't do anything wrong or unethical, if anything Jimmy tried helping by providing free and discounted services.
