This was our first experience with Nissan of Tustin. I expect really good service for such a high expense. Our expectations were actually exceeded by the direct customer interactions from every employee I expect really good service for such a high expense. From vehicle presentation, to talking numbers with the sales and finance manager, everything was open and honest discussion. We appreciate the respect for our ideas and goals as well as the respect for our time given to us throughout the entire transaction! BUYERS BEWARE! !!!I bought my brand new vehicle nissian rouge in 10/2021, every since the first week, I have been having issues with the engine. Every time I take it to the dealership they claim nothing is wrong with it. I brought the vehicle in witg the engine malfunction light on and I am still being told nothing is wrong. I am beyond pissed with Nissan and I am here today with another engine malfunction light on been waiting over 2 hr just to be told it can be the sensor. That doesn’t make since because the car is driving funny as well. It’s like it will have to take a fatality for them to do something about it. I don’t feel safe and definitely don’t feel safe driving the car with my kids in it. Think really good before purchasing a car from nissian they will sell u a brand new lemon!! More
