Nazario helped me out and assigned the best technician on the site to help and figure out why the brake light on my brand new 6k miles Frontier would not turn off, even though it turned off after 30 minutes the site to help and figure out why the brake light on my brand new 6k miles Frontier would not turn off, even though it turned off after 30 minutes waiting to be seen, they tested the truck and found out that it was a relay that was faulty. However, upon retrieving my vehicle, there was an empty Gatorade bottle on the floor of the back seat and the 2nd cashier I dealt with could use some customer service skills - like greeting and thanking the customer instead of just announcing the total and handing the over the keys. Sadly, everyone who works here seems angry, unhappy, or lacking basic customer service skills. You drop your car off and the technicians apparently work on cars 1st come 1st served. I might as well just show up when they open! The result of this systems is having to bring the car back on another day for the actual repair after an end of the day diagnosis. It isn't user friendly, they aren't customer focused and I can only imagine how awful it must be to work there if this is how they treat their clientele. Additionally, you have to reach out to your service advisor. No initiative on their part to contact you. It's disappointing all around. More
