DECEIVED I leased a vehicle on 5/19/16, and was supposed to be given a check made payable to me ($2,195.00) representing lease payoff for prior car ($1,820.00) I leased a vehicle on 5/19/16, and was supposed to be given a check made payable to me ($2,195.00) representing lease payoff for prior car ($1,820.00)and car repair ($375)that I paid for. When I arrived, they said check would be mailed because they didn''t have it. Since then, I have been unable to collect it. More

Payout check Issue. They stated that they would pay our final car payment which was traded in for the new one. The next day, the manager Quan stated that he is not going They stated that they would pay our final car payment which was traded in for the new one. The next day, the manager Quan stated that he is not going to honor it. He also told me that he is not going to honor the service contract that they provided us with when we signed the lease. After a long dispute, they paid what was promised. Make sure you get everything in writing. More

Our old leased car was taken without any questions and we were able to negotiate a good deal for handing in our leased Mazda CX 5 and leaving with a Nissan Rogue. He worked with manager, Kwan who also made the task of leasing a car, simple and quick. German in the financial dept also explained the contract well, and I had my car ready in no time at all Nick paired my phone to the navigation as well as showed me how everything worked. Felt I needed to share this great experience. I would not hesitate to return in 3 years for my next lease. Nick deserves 10 stars!!!! More
