i remember the day like yesterday. I'ave always seen this nissan dealer before and said to myself, that the day an ready to purchase my car that would be the place. On november 19 2009 is the day that i walk nissan dealer before and said to myself, that the day an ready to purchase my car that would be the place. On november 19 2009 is the day that i walked into teddy nissan, saying to myself that if all goes well, i would be driving out with my new car and i did, it felt daaaaaaam gooood. Fabian was my sale rep and he treat me with respect, love and concerned. reason being that i had to pick up my son that day from school and he made sure that i got to him on time, by offering me a ride to get him. He was also kind offering me something to drink and eat. he was really polite and attentive to my every needs. Then comes Richard mith, PEOPLE, forget about it, He was so professional and a man of his word,he gave me the best deals ever. Then came Teddy himself to say hi, and almost everyone who work there,by just passing bye and saying hello. People, it was a beautiful day for me and my son. I wanted to praise the great, friendliness and professionalism that was given to me and my family, who also purchased new vehicles from Teddy Nissan. First, it was great seeing the owner, Teddy, who was welcoming as can be. For the back and forth that my family and I have visited Teddy Nissan, Teddy was there all the time, which tells me a lot about the 'family' atmosphere that one rarely see anywhere else, as far as car dealerships go. The purpose of my visit was to trade in my older car for a new one (Altima Hybrid) and the service was superb- it was beyond my expectations! I feel like I didn't have to work so hard to get the deal that I was looking for- very knowledgeable staff with the discounts and current offers. I would recommend this dealer to everyone. If you're looking for a family and friendly oriented car place who makes you feel comfortable about your big purchase, Teddy Nissan is the place to go. I will continue to refer friends and family! Purchasing a vehicle from this dealership was the WORSE thing i could've done. I have only had this car for 45 days and already I've been to the service dept twice (as i'm writing this my car is still ther thing i could've done. I originally wanted a different vehicle but that another story- My car stalls repeatedly when starting up, the front light dislodged from the socket, yes you read correctly. Wheel alignment is off, suspension sucks, there are so many things wrong with this car I don't even know how it ended up on their lot. they took Used car to another level. Wes the used car manager assured me he will do everything to make it right (how about offer me another vehicle) this was my first car purchase and i normally don't have regrets but I'm regretting the day I ever walked into TEDDY NISSAN this company gives other used car dealership a bad name STAY AWAY More
Went to Teddy Nissan for a used Nissan Sentra which I saw online. Expressed intrest online and recieved a phone call from a representitive who made an appointment for me to test drive. When we arrived at the dealer we were told that the car we saw online was sold the day before ( although for the following days was still listed online as still for sale). We considered this a classic bait and switch move. Strike one. We then test drove another Nissan Sentra which was recommended by Fabian, our salesman. The ride was VERY rough as tough the suspension system was shot. Strike two. We asked him what the best price he could do for us was, and he said the internet price was the price of the car, no further reduction. We told him with the condition of the suspension system, we were not ready to make any deal. He then brought in the used car manager ( don't remember name) who offered us the vehicle for $900.00 less than the internet price(huh? We were told by Fabian that it wasn't negotiable)Strike three, and that they would fix the suspension problem. We agreed to wait for the problem to be fixed and then test drive it again before we made any other commitment on a vehicle. They said they would get back to us the next day (that was 4 weeks ago. The female representative got back to us about 2 weeks ago asking how our service was at Teddy Nissan. When I explained to her what happened, she said she would have Fabian get right back to us. Never recieved another call. Have since purchased another vehicle. Would NOT recommend Teddy Nissan to anyone. The funny thing is that the used car manager told me that they were a new dealer and would bend over backwards to make a deal. My impression is that they won't be in business very long........ More
This dealer was very honest with me. I felt very comfortable from day one with this dealership as opposed to the 5 other dealerships I visited. At first, they were very hard to bargain with and the comfortable from day one with this dealership as opposed to the 5 other dealerships I visited. At first, they were very hard to bargain with and the initial finance manager was crooked. However, very shortly after the Administration found out how the finance manager operated, they let him go and found a new guy who is great. I had a problem with the pricing and interest rates and even two months after I was able to correct it. These guys will not yank your chain and are not afraid to say no. I recommend them as a reference point and ultimately challenge you to shop around for the same honesty. Love my Maxima! More
