First i would like to say that customer service is great as soon as you enter the door Jen,Alberto was great. Mr William took his time and answer every question i ask regarding the car i bought talk to me l as soon as you enter the door Jen,Alberto was great. when I walked into Teddy Nissan on boston road in the Bronx, NY the atmosphere was great. Good musci friendly sales people and a sales team taht works hard to get you what you want. Not even having the car a month i started having problems with my vehicle (bushings needed to be replaced, radio had a short, passenger side mirror light didnt work). I tookt he car to the service center where they "told me my problem was fixed". when i got my vehicle returned the bushing were fixed but the radio still had a short and the mirror light still was non working. Then one rainy day the motor for the windshiedl wipers stopped working. I then again took my car to the service center where the at first told me that they would fix the problem but whne i went to pick up the vehicle i still had no wipers in a rain storm. so once again i tookt he vehicle back to the service center where they fixed the wipers (finally). Upone getting the return on my vehicle the check engine light would not go off and the cruise control malfunction button kept coming on, they told us to bring it to the service center once again. before we could make the time to bring the car back for the now 4th time, the car stalled on me on the highway. I mean cut completely off. i got the car to start agin and took it home, when I tried the next day to bring it to the service ceneter, it would not start at all. when I finally got it started when shifting from N to D the car cut off. I had the car towed to the service center once again, where they took it and told me to call on monday (this was a saturday to see about the car) mondays comes and I call, they tell me by wed, wed comes and i call they then tell me thursday early afternoon, thursday comes and now they are telling me friday afternoon. I havent even made my first car payment on the vehicle yet and i'm having major problems. the sales dept where I purchased the vehicle was GREAT, the service center where my vehicle is being "fixed" is HORRIBLE. with this kind of service I would NEVER refer anyone to this dealer all because of the horrible service center service. I just bought a Honda Pilot 2007 from Peter Corcino at Teddy Nissan and it was the greatest experience ever. The car is wonderful but the people's customer service is excellent. The prices are also very good and they are willing to work with you and the bank to get you driving ASAP. More

First most, I would like to thank Rajon Lewis for his patient. I appreciated his professionalism and politeness while working with me on deciding which car I was really interested in and being able to dr patient. Customer Service quality is very important to me and Rajon Lewis sure had the qualities which had me feeling comfortable to continue my desire and that was purchasing a new car. I had the pleasure to meet Teddy in person and other staff members from Teddy Nissan whom seem very friendly people. My 6 year old son and I stayed several hours at Teddy Nissan and felt at home with everyone's kindness. Finally, I decided on an Xterra which Rajon then presented to me and went for a test drive. Came back feeling great to the point wanting the car even more and had to let Rajon know to work out the best deal for me. He assured me I would received the best deal and it was true. Left Teddy Nissan very happy with my new 2010 Xterra. Couldn't asked for a better sales rep. like Rajon Lewis. I would recommend Teddy Nissan to anyone who is looking to purchase a car. They really make you feel like part of their family. More

ok, so my girlfriend, her dad and brother & I went to teddy nissan this afternoon looking to potentially purchase a 2005 nissan altima listed for just under 10,000, car had about 30,000 miles and from th teddy nissan this afternoon looking to potentially purchase a 2005 nissan altima listed for just under 10,000, car had about 30,000 miles and from the pictures advertised it looked pretty good with a ding or so nothing major, so we made the trip down to the bronx from milford, ct, arrived @ teddy nissan and everything was all good, people where very friendly overall and we met with antonio who was our sales rep, and he took us out to the lot, saw the 05 altima, and it turned out not to be what we expected and few more stratches and some damage then we where expecting and the inside was a bit unclean, under 10k was a little fishy from the beginning, so we decided to look @ some other cars, saw an 08 nissan sentra with 22,000 miles or so, which was in great shape, nice color, interior as well, was priced a bit high, but antonio was willing to work with us on it, long story short the car just wasnt what my girlfriend could afford(or really wanted from the beginning, her mind is set on an altima) but if we where able to get the price to 14k out the door(meaning after taxes down payment, etc) we would take the car, (total out the door was about 16k asking price) but they couldnt get it to what we wanted, which was fine, (im in sales, i understand)but we did feel a bit "pressured" to buy the car from the sales rep, kept going back and forth and getting nowhere(fast) but the same price we couldnt afford, then got escorted to the finance dept to try some more (didnt get anywhere) so we just basically wasted a day arguing over $2k, no biggie, thats how buying a car goes sometimes, so my overall rating of Teddy Nissan was nothing special, an average car dealership, with alot of nicer expensive newer cars but alot of sratched up used cars, no glowing expierence here More

I could not get a real final price to come in and purchase a new nissan altima with a bank check.
