He explained that he needed to contact the proper repair person before calling me to arrange a repair date. True to his word, Mr. Rowe called within a two hours to arrange the date for the repair. The repair was made on the day convenient for me and I am very pleased with the results. My kudos to Mr. Rowe for handling both visits with such poise and professionalism. More
