I would like to share my recent experience at the service center on July 21, 2025. I visited Envision Ford of Duarte for a routine 20,000-mile service on my 2024 Ford Maverick. To my surprise, I was quoted $ center on July 21, 2025. I visited Envision Ford of Duarte for a routine 20,000-mile service on my 2024 Ford Maverick. To my surprise, I was quoted $1,400 for the service. Despite waiting 20–30 minutes, I did not receive a clear explanation for the high cost, which led me to seek service elsewhere. I then went to Norm Reeves Ford Superstore Service Center, where I was quoted $390 for the same service. The difference in both pricing and customer experience was significant. I received prompt, courteous, and professional service. I would especially like to commend Eduardo Millian, who provided exceptional care and attention throughout the process. His professionalism made a lasting impression, and I truly felt valued as a customer. Eduardo deserves an A+ rating and 5 stars for his outstanding service. More
I recently purchased a new vehicle from this dealership, but unfortunately, the experience was far from smooth. I had an agreed-upon out-the-door price for the vehicle and waited over two and a half months but unfortunately, the experience was far from smooth. I had an agreed-upon out-the-door price for the vehicle and waited over two and a half months for it to arrive. The original ETA was around June, but it ended up taking significantly longer at the factory — which I understood, but the lack of communication made things frustrating. At some point during the wait, my original salesperson was either fired or transferred without any notice. No one from the dealership followed up or contacted me about the status of my vehicle, and I only found out it had arrived after I called in myself. Thankfully, the vehicle had been set aside for me — but I had to track it down on my own. When it came time to finalize the purchase, I was disappointed to find that the original out-the-door price we had previously agreed on was no longer being honored. After some back and forth, we landed on a similar number, but not the original deal — which left a sour taste after already dealing with so many delays and miscommunications. I’m happy with the vehicle itself, but the overall buying experience felt disorganized and impersonal. I expected more transparency and follow-through, especially for a major purchase like this. More
We bought our new 2017 Ford Explorer from Norm Reeves and it has been nothing but issues since. This vehicle is cursed with problems. Second day after purchasing the vehicle Norm Reeves employee drives it it has been nothing but issues since. This vehicle is cursed with problems. Second day after purchasing the vehicle Norm Reeves employee drives it in a metal pole and damages the door and front fender. The door had to be replaced. It sat in a repair shop lot for about 8 months before we finally got our vehicle back. The had the most uncaring team of employees dealing with us during this matter. What would you do if you just purchased a $50,000 vehicle in 2017 and the wreck it with major damage and won’t take it back a day after you bought it. Now we are in 2025 and we only have 52,000 miles on it and now it has had a hood replacement due to rust under the paint. It needs door pillars repair and front windshield pillars repair due to a safety recall. They are falling off and tearing the windshield weatherstripping area where mounted. The service manager said that is normal wear and tear from the sun. The vehicle is a 2017. No way!!! I have never seen a vehicle 8 years old and the weather stripping looks like it is 40 years old. Thank you Ford for this piece of crap. Plus I have been told by their service department that my water pump is leaking and it would be $3500 to replace. Plus my rear brakes need replacing for the second time. The first time was 20,000 miles after purchase. So many more issues with this Ford vehicle and this dealership but I would run out of space to type. I cannot recommend Ford or this dealership to anyone. We should have gone across the street to Dodge and bought the Jeep Grand Cherokee instead. I have not had any issues with our 2nd vehicle, my 2016 Dodge Charger R/T. Same amount of miles as the Ford Explorer on it. I spoke to Marisol Rivera the Customer Relations Manager and she stated she would call me back the next day but she never did and I have left messages with no response. I will try to reach out to Manager Kevan Juergans and see if he can help Rectify the issues that we’re having with her vehicle. More

I had an excellent experience with Norm Reeves Ford. I purchased a 2008 Toyota Tacoma over the phone and viewing a few photos as well as the description of the condition of the truck from salesperson (J I purchased a 2008 Toyota Tacoma over the phone and viewing a few photos as well as the description of the condition of the truck from salesperson (Josh Akker). The transaction was simple and not painful as purchasing a vehicle can be. Josh delivered the Tacoma early the following morning. It was cleaned in/out and it didn't look like a 17-year-old truck and a full tank, what more could I have asked for. The overall condition was outstanding. I test drove it and it drove great.
