The search for the car I was looking for was very easy to locate on the site and it was especially nice to be able to view the window sticker on line. Most importantly the amazing help from all personnel involved from the initial phone calls with George Velasquez handling the price and arrival time of the vehicle to the handling of the sales transaction processing with Janice Rojas and financing with Sal Gonzalez. All personnel made for a very very pleasant less stressful experience. We were very impressed on how comfortable my wife and I felt with Janice and Sal Gonzalez and the speed with handling the process to completion. We are very pleased with the Ford Focus Titanium.
