I love Norm Reeves Ford Normally Reeves Ford is beyond amazing, and filled with professionals. After being turned down by every dealership who failed over and over again to get me approve. A good friend of mine referred me to David Pulido who is beyond AMAZING!!! Without his true willingness to help and actually put in the effort unlike many other dealers, I honestly wouldn't be able to drive around town in my brand new 2014 Ford Focus titanium. I tried two other Ford dealerships prior to finding the perfect car for us at Norm Reeves Ford in Cerritos. The other two dealerships tried to convince be to buy a car from them with forceful tactics and unpleasant customer service. I called Victor Resendiz and he made my car buying needs his priority. Great service, great staff, and the dealership is really accommodating touts customers. I highly recommend skipping any and all Ken Grody Ford dealerships and driving the necessary distance to Norm Reeves Ford. See Victor, you will not be disappointed! More
