Sold me a used vehicle that needed service the very same day. The car supposedly passed their "inspection" but three of the checklist items have already failed. Their customer service is far from professional and your calls will be ignored. Icing on the cake was Wednesday night calling again and an unlovely lady named Daisy verbatim told me "Maybe it's time to get a new car." I have not even had the car for six months. That one statement showed me everything about their level of care for their customers. I would direct any person interested in buying a car to any other dealership besides Norm Reeves Ford. More
