Total Disappoinment We were so unfortunate to end up in this dealership. When when arrived we were greeted by a very knowledgeable and friendly sales associate (unfortunately can't remember his name) that offered us a 0% APR and $1000 off on a 2015 CRV EX. Once inside the store David Llamas took over the sale and that's when everything went south. After running my credit (Which is excellent) we were informed by David that we didn't qualify for the 0% APR, nor for the $1000 off that we were initially offered, instead we were offered a 3.99% APR and no discount on the vehicle. And to top it all off, it took them almost 5 hours to give us our vehicle. I was continuously been told "It's being washed". After exchanging several text messages and calls, David ended up getting into an argument with me and said "If you want we can cancel all this".
