Dropped off my car in the morning for recall warranty work. Was advised there were other safety recalls but was never notified about parts not in stock until the end of the day and work not being able to work. Got to dealer early because I had no reservation. I thought it would take awhile to repair. Checked in with Julie and quoted repair price. Repair was done in less than an hr and a half. One thing needs to change for the better to receive a fifth star: Automotive service should be available on Sunday. On this past February 1, I had a flat tire on the 91 Freeway. Knowing that I replaced all four tires on my vehicle awhile ago, my warranty was still valid for any replacement. I was able to drive to this location only to find the service center closed because of it was Sunday. I already decided not to work that day (some people do work weekends); so I decided to leave my Honda there for Monday regular service. That essentially meant I would not work that day, too. Fortunately, I have enough time saved up for paid time off. I understand, perhaps all, Honda service locations were once open on Sundays. However, that was before the COVID 19 pandemic. Six years have now passed — it’s now time to open again on Sunday — otherwise, I may think twice about getting new tires at the dealership? Thank you. Richard Watson More
