Customer service over the phone is great. In person drop off is easy. The actual mechanics left dirt and a sticky liquid all over the left side of my car which was recently washed. Was referred by N. R. Ford to check out a Honda Odyssey with electrical problems still covered under their warranty... Turned out to be a loose battery cable.. wanted to R. Ford to check out a Honda Odyssey with electrical problems still covered under their warranty... Turned out to be a loose battery cable.. wanted to charge me $190. Ended up leaving the vehicle for over 28 hours while waiting for communication between the 2 dealerships to release the van at no charge. Something that could've been solved in way less time. More

Went in for service on my vehicle. ..told the young man I was there for de-carbonizing service and for an issue with my windshield wipers, described it to him. Before the check-in ended ..told the young man I was there for de-carbonizing service and for an issue with my windshield wipers, described it to him. Before the check-in ended, he told me I would be dealing with Julie. After I was told my car was ready, I met with Julie who handled the payment for the service. When I asked about the windshield wiper issue, she told me she wasn't told about it, so nothing was done; that a diagnostic test would need to be done. What bothered me after leaving was that I wasn't even offered the opportunity to have that matter resolved that day. Apparently, I would have to have it done in another visit. It would not have been a problem for me to stay while the wiper issue was investigated. If someone else would like to discuss this matter in a phone call, I could be happy to do so.
