My car had to be taken back 2 different times to fix issues. It needs to go back a 3rd because my trunk still open. Im waiting to hear back from the service advisor regarding that. It went simply for oi issues. It needs to go back a 3rd because my trunk still open. Im waiting to hear back from the service advisor regarding that. It went simply for oil change and tire rotation. I am not confident the tire rotation was complete or that air was placed in my tires because i can just tell by the same rear left tire needing air the moment i left Honda and them saying it was complete. Had to get a loaner car for system issue for 10 days. The service advisor was fine but Im not confident that my car was sincerely cared for when it went back to service. After they fix the trunk not opening I likely will never return to this service center for service. More

When to car service Was told my car what to be ready in max 2hrs I was Fine with that! I waited in the reception area… I called after the 2 hrs and was told it was to be ready in another 2/12 hrs! Don’ max 2hrs I was Fine with that! I waited in the reception area… I called after the 2 hrs and was told it was to be ready in another 2/12 hrs! Don’t like when people play with my time! So, my respond to that, was bring my car right away! I had to pick up my granddaughter! I live in Corona, this got me very upset! More

Amazing. I was truly stuck getting ready to do an antique show on Sunday. Had my car towed in Thurs 11:00 PM. Was called Fri 8:00 AM.
