After 4 disastrous Karr misfires preventing me from driving my car (2 requiring tow truck calls) I had the Service department remove it which they graciously did in 15 minutes, But when I tried to see about a partial refund, the FINANCE department not only gave me the shuffle, the guy was actually vicious about it, accusing me of not knowing how to use it correctly and that I was the first customer ever to complain. Really? Among how many thousands of customers of the largest Honda dealer in the world? I had previously mentioned problems with the alarm system to another dealership and they told me customers actually have them remove these Karr systems sold by Norm Reeves for the same reason I wanted it gone but that I should save the removal cost and go back to Norm Reeves because they would remove it for free, which they did. But, I am still out several hundred dollars, with a lot of frustration and time wasted and clearly they will never make this right. The fact that they were nasty about it and didn't even try to make it right is what lacks integrity. The customer is just a number in their immense sales volume so losing one means nothing to them. I will never return there. You would be smart to do the same.
