I appreciate you re-did the alignment and will be there next Tuesday to fix rim it has caused me an unnecessary convenience coming back several times to the dealership and supposedly a 4 hour waiting time to fix the scratched up rim. Your service department needs some close looking at!

Hello Mr. Harris, I appreciate your prompt response. Although Joseph is kind enough to offer at no cost to fix my entire rim that was scratched I was wondering if you can fix the other three rims (since they have curb rash) at a discount price? If so, can you please provide me with the cost for the three rims and if agreed upon on your price, they can be done at the same time?
