I have pending power steering rack replacement and been waiting since Nov and told me last week it’s not on my record. Tested again for 59 miles and wasted my gas. Great organization. Service writers are excellent. However, there is one continuous service issue. Three consecutive service visits and the tire air pressure was not cor Service writers are excellent. However, there is one continuous service issue. Three consecutive service visits and the tire air pressure was not correctly set, nor was the TPMS (tire pressure monitor system) reset. Leave the dealership, enter freeway and get a low tire pressure safety warning. It is unsettling, unsure of a tire issue, and not wanting to pull the sift shoulder on the freeway to inspect for flat tire. More
