Horrible customer service, I would have to hound them down and never got past the receptionist! I would supposedly be getting calls back and that never happened. And I had to beg for a loaner vehicle eve down and never got past the receptionist! I would supposedly be getting calls back and that never happened. And I had to beg for a loaner vehicle even though I should’ve gotten it since day 1. And when I picked up the loaner vehicle I was told I got lucky I got one. I was expecting Honda to take care of the customer. Also I was told my car would be ready on a Friday and it wasn’t ready til more than a week after. More
