SERVICE VISIT

I waited for 2 hours, and wasn't notified car was done until I asked. Prior to coming, I was lead to believe first maintenance service was free, but was charged for tire rotation. I had an appointment, bu until I asked. Prior to coming, I was lead to believe first maintenance service was free, but was charged for tire rotation. I had an appointment, but had to wait 20 minutes before I was seen by Mr. Perez, having called ahead that I would be 10 minutes late, yet a lot of employees seemed idle. On a positive note: I was able to have the appointment same day I called. Honda service is convenient to where I work. Aaron took the time to answer my questions and even show me how to turn off sensor light for low tire pressure. Service was performed, including free oil and filter change, and maintenance lights on my dash no longer appear. More

Ramiro tried to charge me initially $165 for something that my warranty covers but that he said I HAD to pay before he admitted my warranty covered it.
