Hi this is complain regarding customer service person at your dealership , her name is Julie canales , she is very rude , she wasn’t paying attention when I’m talking to her I don’t like the way she’s talk your dealership , her name is Julie canales , she is very rude , she wasn’t paying attention when I’m talking to her I don’t like the way she’s talking to me On 9/10/23 at 8 am ,I drop off my car Honda pilot EXL at the dealer Cerritos there is recall on it and need maintenance After I drop off I asked for a ride , she told me there is no ride and this is not my first time going to the dealer. Usually when I go there they give me a shatil to go home. After they fix my car, I ask to reimburse my Uber payment which is in $65 the ride from home to the dealer and from dealer to the home. And they did not pay me that. More
