We are charged for services we Were led to believe were included in our service contract at time of purchase. Services that are recommended are frequently unnecessary. We regret purchasing a service contact, as it only really includes oil changes that are required at far less frequency than we were led to believe. We would have been far better off declining the service agreement and taking the car to a quick lube service. More
