The work was done well, the people were nice, but they fell short of Honda’s monaker “the helpful Honda people”. My vehicle broke down due to a mechanical malfunction related to a recall, the repairs too fell short of Honda’s monaker “the helpful Honda people”. My vehicle broke down due to a mechanical malfunction related to a recall, the repairs took a week to get done. I requested a loaner and they said none were available but they were working on it, after a day or two they said they had a loaner so I got a ride to the shop at the specified time they told me to be there - and when I showed up - they then told me they gave it to someone else but would credit me for the cost to Uber me back home. For a company that prides itself on being helpful, they really fell short on this one. It would have been far better to just say “we don’t give out loaners” than string me along for a week. More
