I took my car in for a recall fix at a 9:00 AM appointment. I waited there all day and at 4 PM they told me that they could not do the work because they could not get the wheel off. I feel like th appointment. I waited there all day and at 4 PM they told me that they could not do the work because they could not get the wheel off. I feel like that is something they could have told me earlier if they had started work closer to the appointed time. It felt like they did not even get to step 1, take wheel off, until 4 PM. I don’t like writing bad reviews, but this was really abusive of my time. I won’t be going back. I’ll use Buena Park Honda from now on. More

The service this time was good. The Service rep was very nice and knowledgeable. The wait was short which good because it was done right before work.
