I had attempted to contact someone from the department at least 7 times within a span of 2-3 months regarding my service claim and they would constantly tell me that a manager would get back to me but they n least 7 times within a span of 2-3 months regarding my service claim and they would constantly tell me that a manager would get back to me but they never did. Everytime I would call they would say the manager is not in but she will be back the next day. Service here is terrible, the manager needs to do a better job. More

I had an appointment to reset the electrical issues on my car, they told me my wait time would be 4 hours, I had an appointment. This is a new car and I have so many electrical issues. I couldn’t wait so I car, they told me my wait time would be 4 hours, I had an appointment. This is a new car and I have so many electrical issues. I couldn’t wait so I made another appointment for another day willing to wait 4 hours but this time I was told I would have to leave my car all day. Ridiculous, the car is brand new and I have to be without a car for an entire day so they can reset the glitches. Now I have to make accommodations and go back a third time More
