I can't say enough good things about this dealership. Car shopping and the buying process can have the ability to suck the life out of you as you visit dealerships, but Norm Reeves stands out amongst the Car shopping and the buying process can have the ability to suck the life out of you as you visit dealerships, but Norm Reeves stands out amongst the others as being a friendly neighborhood dealer that honestly and earnest has your best interest in mind. I want to commend the Manager Allen and the salesman Ted Cruchley for a positive car buying experience that was comfortable and fun! Ted Cruchley greeted us immediately after walking in the door and was extremely down to earth and personable. He went the extra mile to pair us with a car that was right for us both financially and for our driving needs. It never felt that we were being pushed to purchase and we walked away with an amazing Civic ideal for us at a fair price. Cannot thank you enough Ted and Allen and the rest of the Norm Reeves HB team for your amazing service and thoughtfulness throughout the process. I have visited your dealership for many years to purchase each of my own and my families vehicles and I always have a positive experience but this truly stood out from the others. Thanks again. More

I was in the market to lease a car for the first time. I finally decided on the cr-v and then continued to shop at numerous local honda stores. Not only did Boc and his team at Norm Reeves Honda offer substantially better prices than the local competitors, but every person I spoke to there was extremely friendly. (They also have the best coffee I've ever had). Now speaking about Boc directly- I can't thank him enough for his patience and kindness. He was fantastic to work with and I would recommend anyone looking for a car to work with him or any of his great coworkers at norm reeves. More

Service department charged me $1000 over 4 days and never fixed my problem. Saturday, 8/17 - took car in because I had trouble starting the car. Paid $480 for plugs, wires, rotor, and "carbon cleaning" p fixed my problem. Saturday, 8/17 - took car in because I had trouble starting the car. Paid $480 for plugs, wires, rotor, and "carbon cleaning" picked up car the same day. Monday 8/19 - car would not start at work. Had car towed to Dealer. $500 quote to "replace starter." Although there was a "promise" to "work with me on the price" nothing was done. Tuesday 8/20 - Paid for repairs and waited 20 minutes for my car. Service Manager "had problems starting my car." Stated the problem probably wasn't fixed. Thursday 8/21 - experienced the exact same problem I took the car in for on Saturday--"had problems starting my car." Service department charged me $1000 over 4 days and never fixed my problem. General manager is now "away from his desk" everytime I try to call him. More

Very nice Atmosphere, offered me water and snacks. Sat me down and was very knowledgable. Introduced me to his team.
