Online appointment set-up was very easy. Appointment was verified, with appointment reminders. Alex was expecting us, and we were greeted warmly. We discussed what we had seen and heard. Ale Appointment was verified, with appointment reminders. Alex was expecting us, and we were greeted warmly. We discussed what we had seen and heard. Alex made sure these issues were looked into. He wrote up the service ticket, and made sure my contact information was current and correct. 10 minutes, and ticket was passed onto service Technicians area. Entryway was clean, safe, and quiet.
