Went in for simple battery replacement. Slow service and didn’t even install it correctly. The terminal was loose and the car wouldn’t start without me opening the hood and reattaching it Slow service and didn’t even install it correctly. The terminal was loose and the car wouldn’t start without me opening the hood and reattaching it every time I drove. It scared me the death because I thought I stranded at the airport after getting it “replaced”. I ended up fixing it myself! Tommy was no help and neither was “the manager” Rhett. I called and texted several time for help but no attempt to make it right. Just ghosted me. Sad experience! More
