Came into Honda to have the air conditioner checked out. Wasn’t blowing well and was starting to have issues cutting out. Took about 3-4 hrs to find and correct issues. Honda also paid Uber to get me home during repairs and back to dealership when finished. The service advisor Kay was diligent and gracious through out the process in keeping me informed. So far, happy customer! Thanks Kay and Honda for job well done. More

I went on September 3rd of 2024 and I have some work to be done and still haven’t got any word of anything. I been calling my advisor But nothing. They were supposed to call me back, but I haven’t had a ph be done and still haven’t got any word of anything. I been calling my advisor But nothing. They were supposed to call me back, but I haven’t had a phone call yet. Starting to get hot again Here in Texas and my car needs the AC to get fixed and I’m still under warranty. This is a headache. I always go there but starting think twice now if I should Keep going there for all my maintenance. More
