The sales process is ridiculous, the salesman is useless because all they do is act as a go between the customer and some hidden entity, they don't have any authority and so just take up the customers time. The finance process is another waste of time where the representative tries to sell you things the salesman has already attempted to sell you earlier in the process. They say they record these transactions, so check the recording, I told the representative this and he just went on saying that he wanted to make sure I was aware of the options. I was offered $4500 for my trade and I had to struggle to get them to $6000. The truck is presently on your website for nearly $17,000. Doesn't seem to me you value repeat customers if the way I was treated is an example.
